Motor weight

Restoring a 1931 Coupe. Can some one tell me how much the motor weight is just block, pan, crank, rods, pistons, head, valves, and cam? Trying to calculate shipping. Thank you

The key slots are a little worn. Shame because the rest of the axle looks good on both.

Rear spring

Restoring a 31 Coupe with rumble seat. My top (shortest) rear spring is broken, rest look good. Just wondering if there would be an issue running without the one leaf ? Would appreciate any opinion....

Cross member repair question

Just took my frame to the weld shop. My front cross member was so bad metal was missing where the spring attaches to the cross member. Just wondering if anyone has tried an extra piece of metal...

As you can see by the pictures mine was really bad. There was a big piece missing so I ground out the area to weld a new piece in. I may shop around for a used one.

Door Handle Removal

I have read on here that to remove the door handle on my 1931 Model A coupe it says turn handle 1/8 th turn counter clockwise. My handles won't turn counterclockwise wise. What do I do?
