I think you're also going to find that the Mustang seats are going to put your rear on the floor unless you build seat risers to make up the height. Been there, done that.

Don't confuse the Pinto 2.0/2.3 with the 2/3's of a Falcon 2.3.... Ford Sierras and Merkurs used the Pinto engine to good effect. Kent motors (Cortina and first year Pinto) have their advantages but...

Indeed. Hard to say what outfit, given his advanced age and weight (for the era; most combat GI's were barely in their 20's and had to be fit). Probably in his late thirties, and possibly a retread...

That second photo isn't Red Army captives; rather; conscripted Eastern European and Mongolian troops in Wehrmacht uniforms. They wouldn't fare well once turned over to their countrymen....... Ivan...

My first authentically "old" car was a '60 Starliner I bought when I got back from overseas in 84... 352 2v, cruise, set of T-bird polycast mags; white with a blue interior and black center roof.......

Even Home Depot carries decent hardwood, at a price, of course... I also have a forty-five year old stock blank cut from the walnut tree that was on my Great-Grandfather's farm that I intend to put...

I wish I could remember all the ephemera I learned when my Dad was working on his A's; I think I learned to read from Floyd Clymer. At one time I could spout off chapter and verse on the running...

Can't remember what my old username was, too many changes in service, etc. Was last here farting around with a '56 Fairlane tudor that I eventually gave up on. Currently farting around with a '63 1/2...
