Once again I think I’m making it more complicated than it is. In reading threads & asking questions I think I’m mixing up what I need for stock Lockheed rear brakes & the The Bendix type conversion....

I’m using the ‘37-‘41backing plates & rear hubs to use with Lockheed rear brakes. Should I order the seals, bearings, key & snap rings for the ‘37-‘41 & will it fit the ‘35 banjo rear axles?

Noticed a stainless steel sleeved ‘39-‘48 master cylinder & not much more than regular w/o SS sleeve. Sounds like a smart thing to do on a vehicle driven only a 1000 mile or so annually. Thoughts?

Collected all parts required (‘47 ford parts), all parts new or cleaned up refreshed. Got a few questions:
1-Is arcing the shoes really necessary? I’ve read the new replacement shoes fit & roundness...
