The full circle ring looks like the one in my '52 Customline, of course mine dosen't have the '53 anniversary logo on the button. The '52 has a black button with 'Ford' text and shield logos.

In Ontario, Canada you MAIL in your original YOM plates to the central ministry of transportation office with a cheque. They look to make sure the colour is correct and that the number is available...

I really enjoy the stories of ownership history. I wish I knew more about mine. I only have owners names back to 1985, that's all we get with the 'Vehicle Information Package', issued by the ministry...
