Good to know that Cole Hersee makes that solenoid, They have their name on it which is a good sign. They used to mfg everything in South Boston MA, now it's Mexico. Can't beat their HD battery switch.

I use Lubriplate SPO-227, GL 140. Lubriplate always has quality lubricants. Not sure if is GL 4 or 5. I will ask, and post their response.

What is recommended for an exhaust pipe wrap ? I will use it on the headers and exhaust pipes that route under the floor boards in the '40 coupe. I have a heater so I don't need anymore than that....
