We use a material called stickit which is like a pastic welding stick.
It is flowed in using an oxy acetelene torch.
On the odd occasion we use a tig.

Wrong. We fix heaps of alloy motocross radiators, straightened, and leaks repaired no problem.

I used a master cylinder from an early 70's Ford Torino. Probably the same as the F100 mentioned above. Drum/ drum worked perfectly. Had residual pressure valved fitted in the master cylinder.

Thanks Mercman, I think the guy who has been working on the 34 and I am on the same page. In fact the way that the 34 has been done is the same as I did my 32 5 window that had been channelled, right...
