Re: 1936 P/U Metalshaping
Ok OldGold, you have the skills and tools I WISH I had. Fess up, I need a little bit about your background. You don't just go buy a power hammer and Pullmax and turn out stuff like this. :D

Re: 1936 Ford Pickup front and rear fenders
I can tell you that Dusty_Slots on ebay does nice work. That is where I got mine a few years ago. He'll also give you a pretty good trade-in on your old ones if you have them.
He is on ebay and...

Re: Anyone know or deal with an Alan Flowers??
Lanny,
That is how Venmo works. You 'send' the money to a phone number. I started using it so some of my younger clients could pay me. Asking them to send me a check or money order is...

Re: ‘35 Pickup and big truck front fenders
Well, I ain't no expert for sure, but I'm not so sure about that grille shell. This is a grille shell I bought thinking it would work on my '35 pickup but it turned out to be WAY too big.
I'm...

Re: Bucking like a horse
Kelly - do you have a timing light?
The reason I ask is because I recently had the similar symptoms on my '36 coupe. I had let it sit just a little too long, or so I thought. I hadn't cranked...

I also have a bunch of Beckman stuff I got for free. But as the saying goes:
'I don't...

Re: Fenton's or Red's or ??
Good stuff, guys, as usual. I have Red's on my '36 coupe with 8BA but they came on the car so I have no idea if there were fitment issues. It looks like there is plenty of clearance.....
Looking...

Fenton's or Red's or ??
Ok guys, I need your advice yet again :). I realize that none of these headers really produce much of an improvement on our old flatheads. I am not concerned about that. But I'm trying to decide...

Re: New Paypal fees. Be careful, folks
That is true for sure. I can only speak from experience. The transactions I had with Paypal were easy right up until the part where I wanted them to send me MY money via a check. Then they went...

Well, I sure as heck can't speak to his character or honesty.
But I can say without a doubt I would LOVE to make living doing barn finds. And like it or not, apparently there are quite a few...
