Look at the tip of the shifter cane. It should be bulb shaped, if not, it may not be moving shifter fork far enough. Also, check the forks themselves for excessive wear.

For the 4 speed spur gear, reverse is to the drinkers side and back to the seat. For the synchronized T98, not available in the pickups, reverse was to the drinkers side and up to dash.

There are two pipe plugs lower is drain, upper is fill. Pump in 140 gl4 or below until it seeps out upper hole. I believe they on on right side, behind pto port. Seal is behind rear bearing...

Flathead front rubber mounts SOLD

Like title says, rubber mounts for flathead, will not work for 52 trucks. Bought new from Joblot a few years ago. Never used, they are wrong for my 52. Have bolts/castle nuts. Can text pics, but...

Ground wire + was grounded to case. I just want to know correct colors. Heater guru on fte said pale yellow with black trace.

Makes sense. Colors so faded hard to tell. Thanks. Motor works well, but old cloth insulation is very suspect. Going to get new cloth covered wire.
