Re: Risk of using old (over 10 years) tires
I have had 2 Goodyear radials with sidewall bulges. They both had lots of tread left on them. Have a set of Coker bias plys on the old Ford about 2 years old. I'm keeping an eye on them.

I don't know if you have to remove your radiator but removing mine on the 48 sure made it accessible. I don't think I could have done it with the radiator in place.

There is a 57 Olds around here with a Ford engine, not a flathead though. Under the hood it says the heartbeat that Chevy wishes they had. Why?
