Looks like its for a clutch Zbar or crosshaft mount for a standard shift.

I don't know but judging from the size of the hook I would say its from a 60s automobile with a wide bumper. The rest of it looks like any typical bumper jack.

Flexplate/flywheel reinforcement rings??

Not sure what these are called. They go on the flywheel/flexplate between the bolts and the flywheel. I guess to reinforce the bolt area. They are marked for an FE except the small one which I do not...
