If you don't have the tabs on the lower part of the radiator use black cable ties going through the core and fasten on the front side of the radiator.

I will make the assumption that you are using gland rings in the four exhaust ports and the rings won’t allow the manifold to seat properly between the manifold and block causing the gasket to leak...

I have not been able to establish the recommended .025 between body to rotor gap. I have changed bodies, rotors and both at the same time. They vary as much as .020 - .060 at each of the 4 points...

Wouldn't it be just as easy to place a proper sized flat washer on the bolt before you insert it in the axle housing flange? The washer can be gotten very easily at any hardware store.

Remove the two inlet bolts at the block. Then remove the lower hose clamp closet to the radiator then you will be able to remove everything making it easier to reinstall. No need to struggle with...
