I keep a fan running to move air around the shop during temp changes that seems to work for me to keep the rust from forming.

Here in Oregon I buy it through my distibutor and they call it Clear. Just had 500 gals delivered and I paid $1.58 a gal. I'm paying $1.08 for diesel for my trucks before tax.

I have a toilet I built a frame work to set on top of instead of the bucket. All you have to do is flush to get rid of the critters!
