Did they have a rubber grommet or bushing between the handle and the door. I can't seem to find any reproductions. I see 50-51 ford and 49-51 mercury. Thanks

Re: 1936 Ford Pickup running Boards

There was a place in Ohio that was making original looking running boards. They stopped production for whatever reason a couple years ago.

Re: Power Steering for a 51 Shoebox Vicky

I just sent my 51 ford steering box to shoebox central for a rebuild. It's amazing how easy it steers now. Night and day. As long as it's rolling I can steer with one finger.

505 lift. I take it you need a billet cam with no cam bearings in the block? Or you modify the block for that much lift?

Re: Fenton's or Red's or ??

If Fenton's will work I'd use them. Reds seem to getting pricey. 275 for tube headers. Fenton's are like 20 bucks more. If Fenton's don't fit buy reds

Respectfully saying....you don't have a clue. I've seen them sell for 2000.00+ if they are in useable condition
