The shaft is keyed but the stamped steel pulley I pulled off was just screwed on (no key) flush with the armature shaft? I've noticed the cast iron pulley (G420) also threaded leaves enough threads...

Fellas, purchased a recently rebuilt converted 12 Volt flathead generator a few years ago that came with what appears to be a stamped steel smooth pulley. I have a cast iron fan mounted (G420)...

Fellas, attempting to break in and tune fresh built 59A. Noticed around a 100 rpm fluctuation at idle which is reduced to a 25 rpm fluctuation when I unhook and plug the vacuum advance. Wondering if...

Guys picked up a set of Canadian 24 stud heads at swap meet. One is a C91A the other C99A. Any ideas what the difference is? Thanks fellas!

Hey guys, freshly built 59 block, 3 & 5/16, merc crank, potvin 3/8 cam, new Edelbrock heads. Fired up fine. Good oil pressure. Left side 160 degrees. Right side 180 degrees and climbing fairly fast....

The 31 model A crank guide I have is made for the curved u bolts. Does it need to modified to clear the crankshaft pulley bolt? Thanks

A friend has a 31 Model A crank guide he'd let me borrow. Would it also require modification in order to clear the 59A crankshaft pulley bolt? Thanks fellas!

When mounting a 59A in a 34 ford does the Crank Handle Bearing Guide interfere with the crankshaft pulley or bolt? This is the ring piece that the spring bolts run across on top of the crossmember....
