I had a similar problem with my cabriolet.
I replaced the rods with stainless steel and threaded the ends.
The nuts originally brass, can be turned from solid stock brass to get the 45 degree...

Well I contacted Randy but he is out of stock and his supplier is closed due to Covid, I am not sure if it is temporary or for good.

Hi guys,
I am looking for the part on a 1933/34 dual gauge (new or used) that clamps thru the radiator hose that accepts the sender unit.
Are these being reproduced at all?

I am having trouble sourcing the correct brass nuts for fixing the vacumn lines into the manifold for a 1934 here in New Zealand.
These are the small ones 3/8".
I understand there are 3 sizes...

David, Managed to pull the tailpipe out today and fit up the correct mount fixed to the back cross member.
Has eliminated the rattle problem.
Thankfully 0 miles on the motor so everything came...

Thanks David, I have a clamp that appears to be the right one so will fit it up. Hopefully it will eliminate what may be a rattle problem against the chassis in that area. Easier to do now than when...

If you use the plastic tubing style you can insert, aluminium, brass or similar tubing inside and shape the ends of the welting to suit.
