Thank you kube for your answer. I have seen a lot of engines with the oil pan the same color green. My engine has a black oil pan but had to clarify the correct color. Thanks again, Tony.

Wanted to know if the oil pan on a 1936 coupe is the same green color as the engine or is it black. Also what is the correct color for the transmission.

Try some JB Weld epoxy. Its like steel when its cured. It also can be drilled and tap threaded. Worked for me and will withstand the heat.
