Flathead headers....

51 Mercury with stock steering box....
Looking for the best options on headers.
Considering the Fentons or the ceramic coated Sandersons.
Thought? Pictures would be great!

Flathead timing gears

Rebuilding my 8CM......
The original fiber cam gear looks to be in great condition. Wondering if I should go ahead and replace it with an aluminum gear while i have it all apart or stick with it?...

Reading all the posts in searches for cam info is worse than asking my three kids what they want for dinner......so many opinions.....so many options.

Original cam "looks" ok but haven't truly checked it out. No didn't keep lifters together as i knew i wanted to run the adjustable style. I have no issue staying with the stock cam...that brings up...
