O K gurus, the only way my 8ba with 6 volt pos grnd, Max 1 cam, Offy 400 heads & 94 carb runs good is using xr4 Ngk plugs & a 45k volt coil.

I have seen 2 different ones. Mine was was incorrect, showed full @ 4 qts. Think i got the right one from Carpenter. I'll bet Mac Vanpelt would know.

Bubba, that wire went bad in mine & when taken apart we found it had worn thru & some fool coated it with silicone.....instead of replacing it...yikes, some people.

You might want ot check with Charlie NY on this one. Any carburetor is going to flood/ percolate this rotten fuel. I know guys with "modern" carbs on small & big blocks and we all just have to live...

I've had a 53 & a 52 Victoria that both needed senders. Neither one was ever correct even after many times bending & checking. Mine stays on full a long time & when it gets below a 1/4 tank i put 8-9...
