Just acquired a partial frame and found this VIN in the usual place. 1852. The up pointing arrow precedes the 18 and the down pointing arrow at the end. No other punctuation. Any help appreciated.

Yes Nacewicz which is Third Gen. The screw heads from the kit are too small and are very close to pulling thru the sliding arm pivot hole. Needs to be 1/2" dia. The wave washer helps but looks like...
