Thank you BOTH for the advice. I will definitely use the 3M adhesive/tape and use the felt to match the other side. I believe that's the best solution for me.

Don, my right side door has the 7 holes on top which is the third picture you sent. I'm not sure if I can use the felt molding because of the oblong holes??
