Re: 34 Coil Carbon Brush

You should run a little hand reamer in the hole in the coil
to clean the hole and and round it up so the brush makes
good contact and slides nice. G.M.

testing it with the drive gear removed and using a half inch electric
drill and a pressure gauge to test it. The pump runs in...

36 has straight wires on the Banjo and the 38 wires curve out.
Here is a 40 Banjo I made for my 1940 sedan delivery. I only had
a 36 oriiginal wheel to work with so it has straight spokes....

nippendenzo 12 volt small tractor alternator parts. I purchased

Thinner oil lower pressure. The thinner oil leaks out between the
clearance between the crankshaft and the innseart bearing. G.M.

Also make sure the bolts are not to long if they bottom out the gasket
is not getting squeezed tight and the leak looks like the seal is leaking.
If I recall the bolts are 7/8" long. G.M.

Run the pumps for a 1/2 hour with some water pump lubricant. While
running at a fast idle take a small piece of wood and move the pulley
forward and push it back against the seal. G.M.
