I think he needs the to know the distance of the bottom tab on the radiator itself, not the shell.

Yes gas can creep up the side of the bowl and maybe over the top, that is why there is a gasket....

That link shows the instructions not the carb being talked about and did not see small type at bottom where it came from and line that I quote. Does your carb have the adjustable jet on the bottom...

Except for the brass radiator, brass trim on head/cowl/tail lights, hood, fenders and hood former on cowl they are pretty much the same car. There are a lot of fake 1915 built from later cars (17-22)...
