The panel in question is located horizontally between the bottom of the cab and the bottom of the bed. It is a dust panel that is usually missing from the CCPU.

Pickup Cab & Bed Panel - located Between Cab & Bed. Our 1931 CCPU (Budd cab) is getting that new panel. What color is the panel supposed to be? Body color or black? I didn't find the panel's...
