Optima battery

6 volt, + ground.
I notice that Optima offers their own brand of charger.
Is it correct to infer that a wet cell battery charger may harm an Optima unit?

is the inside diameter on the cap, main & idle jets all supposed the same?
The 'A' sat for a long time; I inserted a paper clip thru them to clean & have been experience backfire after running...

The 1941 year has a grille shape that is unique to that year. The catalogues have a deflector for the 46-48" but not 41's.

does anyone have a drawing of a template, or picture, they can post of an air deflector that will force all incoming air into the radiator of a 1941 sedan?

Sorry, it is a 2 toooth sector.
steering wheel free play is anout an inch or so.
before the rebuild there was a lot of shimmy ..the bushing was welll worn, the gears pitted somewhat.
