the glue only held the shim to the taper,they were not glued into the hole

most likely a defective taper on the one dogbone,procured from a primary supplier of offshore products.Maybe slightly machined undersize.

After seeing prices for other comparable cars,and comments that it must be a scam at the price listed,the price is no longer valid,and will be higher at about $8000.00.
