Re: Flathead machine shop in Tennessee

Michael Driskell knows of a machine shop that does flathead engine work near McMinnville. He might also know of one near Nashville, TN. You can call his shop, Third Gen Automotive and ask.

Re: 1936 Coupe

1. 6.00x16 is correct. They do not have metal valve stems like the model A's
2. The banjo steering whell is also correct
3. Cartouche is the next best option since LeBarron Bonney is gone.

Re: Model A prices...going which way?

Agree. That's why I have never purchased a boat (Break Out Another Thousand), RV, ATV, ect... I prefer to blow my disposable income on early Ford's. Because I have little disposable income, I own...

Re: Model A prices...going which way?

In regards to Barrett Jackson auction results, I've always used them as a barometer of how many folks have more money than brains.

Re: 1937 Deluxe Turing Four-Door Sedan value?

I believe Tom has given an accurate range in value. This would make a nice car for someone looking to enter the V8 Ford hobby without spending a lot of money. Sedans also make great touring cars if...

Re: Heater Core

Keep Micheal Driskell in mind at Third Gen Automotive. If he doesn't have what you need he'll know someone who does. That goes for about anything early Ford related.
