No one makes a good kit for the 41 Helmet..............Crabs yes but helmets no. The condensors on those coil adapters are the worlds worse !!!!!!!!!

Varies per factory etc , but always a finely stranded cable for that little hit of voltage drop protecting the points. Usually a volt drop of .05-.01 volts... In a perfect world on a running engine...

All ignition systems are designed to have a usefull life. On a point system it was designed to allow enough current to flow thru the coil...

Actually i have the bases already machined in stock.....a couple issues

1-All mags dont have advance and the only way to tell is use a machine or take the base off..........
2-The mag must pass...

Yes the secondary side of the wiring may be on either side depending on positive or neg ground systems. ( has some effect on output)

May run either way, however once a coil has been ran in one...

Yep they are leather , i punch them out , super glue to the cleaned up piston and soak in marvel oil. The use some mobil one high temp grease on leather and piston. Seems to last a long time..... ...
