Thank you, I will check in the morning. I sprayed Brake Clean in and blew out with air hose. It feels like the cable end I had cut off from a broken cable is seating all the way. I tend to think you...

Yes, it does work. You are right on reverse. Although, going forward is like in reverse. It will not hurt speedo.

I am trying the JB Weld, will know in the morning. I could take a piece of brass tubing and shape to make a shim. Ya or Na?

I had bought a new cable from Snyders for an Oval. But I think you are right. I can't believe all three are stripped out.

I tried shortening the adjustment rod all the way and pedal has same result. There is 1 to 2 inch free travel before it disengages. The pedal has to travel 3/4 from floor before it starts to engage....

I had solid Aluminum blocks made the size of the shock mount. Work perfectly. I was worried the tube spacers would flex.

Headlight switch adjustment

I just acquired a 1929 Phaeton Restored. Headlight switch off is at 8 o'clock. All positions work. How to adjust off position to 6?
