I used CLR as listed earlier. You have to remove the radiator and let it work its magic overnight, but I got great results.

I've used TCP Global Restoration Paint with excellent results. I was a PPG guy but thought I'd try it out. Sprayed a 73 vette pearl white. Great coverage and finish.

Do you have a fuse on the starter? Little safety product. If so, new 20 amp fuse and I'll bet you are good to go.

I've used a HF gun to shoot high build 2K primer, and for a primer gun its okay...nice thing is you can clean it or throw it away. I agree with several of those posting here...I'd use it for chassis...
