The prob #1 does work on 6V (Or so it says) BUT that's on the conventional negative ground.

Anyone using a power probe on a "Stock" V8 Ford 6V system (ie positive ground)?? IF so which probe and how are you connecting it??

In modern parlance you might look at what is called a Grade "C" all metal lock nut.....it is "thinner" than a nylon type lock nut, slightly thinner than a standard finished nut & strong, and "might"...

Try this site....http://www.vanpeltsales.com/FH_web/flathead_transID_3speed.htm. If you look in the tool bar he list the ser# and corresponding years/range. Maybe it will work even though it's not...

Its been quite awhile since I was in the power transmission section of the industrial business BUT A "C"section belt is a Heavier duty belt than an "A" section....maybe this link will help you...

I'm a 33 guy and IF i could only have one EFV8 it would have to be a 33 roadster BUT I would expect that at $40k low starting point it to have a "closer" to period correct flathead in it, NOT an 8BA....

Couldn't the speed in which the coolant is flowing through the system ALSO possibly be an issue....I know "some" who have run NO thermostats experience this AND or "higher flow" water...

As I read it, I think he is asking about the order, and "how" it was applied?? I.E. Did the "whole" body get painted "first" before the molding color was applied?? AND "IF" so was the pin...

As a "Specialty Fastener house/supplier" (been in business since 1950).....A lot of the wholesale suppliers, obviously, do not have the "demand" for "some" of the screw and bolt sizes/lengths that...

I am looking for a "neon artist"....not a sign shop!! Need repair to existing "part" of a neon sign with NO porcelain involved!!! It hung in the showroom window!!
