My car has Fenton cast iron headers and the header is so close the stud for the battery cable had to be ground off some for clearance. I have no issues starting even on the hottest day after extended...

I am getting ready to install the Mitchell overdrive in my 37. My speedometer quit recently and was "bouncing" since I got the car. There is a spot in the cable housing where it was damaged "pinched"...

Keep in mind the heat retained in the pipe will eventually cause the metal to become brittle. Also if it gets wet it will retain moisture until heated up enough to dry out. I have seen more than one...

How about a Lincoln with the body cut off? Looking at the front and rear crossmembers it appears to have been built with those.

I once replaced the steering cable on my jet boat and the new "rack" would only fit under the worm drive at the steering wheel. Never gave it a thought that the original was above the worm.... ...

Do you have a hydrometer? Might check the specific gravity of each cell. Sometimes the old ways are the most reliable.

I would not use starting fluid. Maybe brake clean.. Or propane. A quick check would be to partially choke the engine while idling and see if rpm increases.

Usually when a needle valve is leaking the car will be flooded when trying to restart due to fuel pressure pushing fuel in when the engine is off.
