Definitely good advice ..I almost hit a Buck going around 45 mph just the other AM ..They are in the rut& moving around more for sure..

You need to reduce the Pic size on your computer ..Some computers simple as clicking on Edit when pic is in computer file and reduce by 75 % ..then retry to upload..
