Maybe you need a screen for it Lawrie :p

It has 180 thermostats in it, always has. It just heats up so slowly that I have to cover the radiator unless its summer. The other engine was the same...

Was cold this mornin' .. only 3c , I had to cover the radiator for my journey to work. Ok I can hear a few of you laughing saying that's not cold but here that's about as cold as it gets.. :rolleyes:

No not really . Floating bearings are done by measurement, plastigauge wont help. Someone will have the link on how to do them. IF you need anything machined double check they know about doing these,...

Normal vacuum on a good engine at sea level will be 21Hg. the "norm" is between 17 - 21Hg.

You can just buy APF halogen globes, pop straight in. I rewired mine with relay's [12v].

Yes Tommy, the wheel cylinders are proportionally different front and rear and in some cases the cylinders themselves can have one side a different bore size also.
