It looks like Fastenal prices have taken a big jump up in the last month or so. A recent quote for a 75 pound transmission going about 1500 miles was over $250.

It is the correct hood T-Plate but it appears to have cadmium plated bolts in the two holes where black rubber bumpers are used.

I have had little success cleaning and lubricating NOS wiper motors. I have had Kent Jacquith in Oregon rebuild these for me and they always work great! He should be in the EV8 Club...
