The problem was that the clutch disc came apart.
If I could figure how, I would send you the picture, the disk is in three pieces and all the small pieces were at the bottom of the case.
New disk...

Going by the serial number stamped on the engine, this car was built in mid December 1928.
It should have a multi disk clutch, I checked with the previous owner and he says that it's a multi disk...

After some more searching, I found out that my 1928 Model A has a 1935-42 V8 Ford 09A-7563 pressure plate.
The pressure plate installed in this car is very different from what I expected to see....
