front ,tube is a bit bent ,work in progress, clip were the yellow tape is just forward of the battery ,I hope this helps ,others may add to this .

Snyder would be a good choice ,So once your dealt with the backing plate hard ware that leaves the rods and cross shaft ,rods are pretty easy, buy new clevises that takes care one end ,weld the 6...

The bulge is a 6" circle ,need to modify it ,if the base is pulled forward on the pegs you get a 1" over hang

The routed edge is to take the fabric edging for a tacking strip that gets it lower or flush ,I would say there sowing was precise ,they tacked along there then pulled it to the back ,

Bgalla ,The hand brake should have a elongated slot in the clevis were it pins into the equaliser /cross shaft with a spring on the hand brake holding it back the clevis pin is then free to slide as...

We helped do a Cabriolet seat here ,we started with a sedan metal base and straightened the sides with the kit from macs, this would mean the bulge would be different on the base, don't have the...

Cas I have the base here but sorry its a original sedan one though ,the 391/2 at 13.1/2 ,this could be 13 as it starts to roll out at the point because its a sedan base the sides taper in...

The wood extends past the frame only by 1/4 ,its 1/12 from the metal peg and the wood is 1.3/4 from the 1.1/8 hole in the wood . 18.1/4 front to back .13 " from the back its 391/2 wide , 40.3/8...

Just to add ,I have done them with the manifold on by rolling it so the sector faces up ,make sure the tube is tight so you can get a firm grip to manoeuver it .once it faces the door you can remove...

Were high flow pumps benefits things is when the Radiator is inefficient it will force the water through but you will need a over flow valve or heeder ,

I have tested the early pumps I was surprised how much they flowed at 1400RPM I got a good stream of water out about two feet ,(didn't have a flow meter ) I agree with the above they don't really...
