The "bug" is the etched Ford logo and date code info Ford put on the window glass during production.

For those of us who are really anal, we etch the "bug" back onto new glass we re-install...

Re: Model A prices...going which way?

Agree. That's why I have never purchased a boat (Break Out Another Thousand), RV, ATV, ect... I prefer to blow my disposable income on early Ford's. Because I have little disposable income, I own...

Re: Engine Oil Analysis

Read this thread by my friend Frank Miller. He posted it on the V8 page a few years back but it's good information.

Re: 1937 Deluxe Turing Four-Door Sedan value?

Re: Greasing

While you're checking on the king pins, check to see if they are worn. I found that when I install new king pins and have them honed to fit, the steering and handling of the front end is greatly...

Re: need help in identifying a steering wheel/column

I assume you're referencing my avatar photo? That is a 1931 Model A Victoria. My first car. I bought it when I was 18. I'm 39 now. Clyde would have preferred a V8 Ford. I'm not fortunate enough to...

NO! Don't throw it out. Let us know where you are located. Place an ad in the swap page.

What is the condition of the steering wheel? Any cracks? Someone can use this and if it's a young person...

Re: 40 Ford rear hubs

Re: 2020 eastern nationals

I've had nothing but great times at national meets. If anyone here is a club member and has never participated in a EFV8 Club national meet, sign up, bring a car. You'll enjoy every minute of it.
