Thanks to all for the in-put..I will buy the new pads and bracket and give it a try..never had problem before but i do like the idea of the thicker rubber.!!

Exclamation Wind Wings 31 Roadster [fell off]

My wind wing on driver side fell off. I Put it back on using the rubber pads and glue. Thought I had it fixed,,fell off tonight [din't break] so any idea of how to keep it from falling off. I Know...

Highly recommend Hagerty, had claim and were very quick. Reasonable premium and little restrictions, would recommend to call them..very happy with there service!!!

30 closed cab pickup..post no. 39...the answer is YES..Thats the point i was trying to make..really simple..you don't have to find the high on the cam. If you ever find you have to adjust the points...

I found this to be a great tool when my distributor cam came loose while on a tour, my friend had one in his tool box..great tool, i now carry one in each 'A'..another great tool is the quick point...

Put one on my 39 chevy, i wired it direct from battery w/fuse to the cig. lighter so i can use a gps or other 12 volt devise. Make it simple, hope this helps!!

I have one on my 31 roadster, my problem was that it sat on top radiator hose so i got a little shorter belt, so far so good. sounds like you'll need a little longer belt. I do like my gen/alt. and...

Go with Steve, post #2, had the problem with my roadster, you can get a sleeve from snyder that go in between the man/exhaust pipe, took care of my problem and was a cheap fix.

Post number 9, by Recounditon is the way to go, i also bought mine on amazon and put in a 39 chevy. i would suggest to run it directly off the battery and to fuse it, that way you will have it...

#6..The power master alternator can be bought at jeg's, got one on my roadster and love it. cost $350.00..If your going to be driving at night its well worth the cost..!! looks like a model A...

Post #16 is right. when I was at a Columbus good guy event there was a rep. from optima batterys that had a class on charging that battery. I beleave now they have a charger just for this battery....

You can unlock it by rocking in 3rd gear, however mine was beginning to do it a lot, needed a new starter drive spring and have since had no problems,!!
