Re: Sheet metal

I have bought from them a couple of times. VERY nice people, parts are excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting them in person.

Re: Monroe Michigan swap meet

Thank you very much. The one in Macomb was the one I was referring to, just got my towns mixed up. I've been to the Macomb meet a couple of times. WELL worth the two hour drive for me. I've never...

Re: Replacing Subrails

I put new subrails in my coupe. The hardest part I think was making sure the new rails go EXACTLY where the old ones were. The cross channels come uncut, so do some measuring before you remove the...

I have a 175 Hobart, and all you do is turn the wheel around. It has both grooves.

Re: Bending Door Hinges

It looks like your door gap at the cowl is already very narrow. Moving it forward would only close an already minimal gap. Are those the doors that came with the car or a door your are trying to fit?...

Re: Tudor paint job prices

Only after one has bought all the needed materials and supplies to paint a car will they ever realize what is costs. $500-$1000 is VERY reasonable for the materials alone. Starting from bare metal to...

Re: Hinge Pin Removal Tool ?

I have one I bought from MAC'S. For me a COMPLETE waste of money. I turned it so hard it actually sprung the "C" frame part. Needless to say the pins didn't move. Only thing that worked for me was...

Re: Eastside A's swap meet Macomb, MI this Sunday.

I was there early and did well. LOTS of good parts there today, and prices pretty decent. A bit of a drive for me but worth it none the less.

Thank you for this. I went to this meet last year-drove 2 hours each way-was well worth it. Planning on being there Sunday

Re: OUTNUMBERED IN Model A's

I have noticed that once you have one, others tend to follow it home!! They are habit forming. Have only two, working on purchasing a third.
