1966 IH came with spare rim, no tire. MANY early trucks I've seen had rim under truck and no tire ever added.

Happened during my twenty years in the US Navy. I was either on a cruise, just back from a cruise or going somewhere for training and I didn't know about it. My wife wouldn't have let me go anyway....
