Re: 1933 radius rod bolt alignment
It’s done.
I removed the 1/2” bolt from the front of the radius rods at the tt. Then I loosened the 2 bolts at the rear. I jacked the rear wheels up and placed ramps under the tires facing opposite...

Re: 1933 radius rod bolt alignment
Rockfla,
Thanks. That’s a generous offer. No need for you to go to all that trouble. I think I can just pick one up here at Ace hardware tomorrow.

Re: 1933 radius rod bolt alignment

Re: 1933 radius rod bolt alignment
Tim the passenger side rod is about 1/4” forward of the hole. Needs to slide back.
Mart I will try that.
Seth, I have the 1/2” bolt, it just won’t line up to go through the passenger side radius...

Re: 1933 radius rod bolt alignment
Good morning Tim.
Here’s what I’ve tried.
I jacked the car up and put ramps on each wheel facing opposite directions and rocked the car up and down. Rod didn’t move.
Wrapped a strap around the...

1933 radius rod bolt alignment
I recently had work done on my 1933 rear end. When I got my car back I noticed unusual noise coming from under the car. Upon examination I found that the bolt that secures the rear radius rods to...

Re: Be safe my Florida brothers
Looks like we escaped any severe wind damage. We didn’t even loose power!
Storm surge didn’t happen here in coastal communities south ofTallahassee. We were lucky with the eye coming in east of us....

Bracing for the worst here in Tallahassee. Hopefully it will come in east of us pushing water out of the bay here. Good luck too all of us!

Re: Improved Grease Gun Coupler
