"New" option for turn signals

I have never installed electronic turn signals on my Model A. For the last 48 years of ownership, I have just waved my arm out the window to my bewildered fellow motorists signaling my turns,...

Re: Top Prop Lock Washer

I have a '31 Cabriolet and was never sure how to properly install those lock washers. They just didn't make any sense to me how they would lock the nut---when the tab is folded unto the nut both the...

Re: '31 Cabriolet door garnish question

Don't know if the Canadian cabbies were different, but here's a couple of pictures that I got from Norm L. for a 68B, USA version.

My '31 68B cabbie has those garnish pieces faux wood painted the...

Re: How to Start the Model "A" shown in 45 seconds

Re: Late 1931 Ford A Model Coupe Dash

When I ordered a dash lamp assembly for my early 1931 68B Cabriolet there were two styles available, and of course, I ordered the wrong one! Rather than return it I simply shortened the bracket to...

Re: Lighting for speedometer and gas gauge

No bad ground or bad connection---the incandescent 12V bulb that I originally had in there burned bright and HOT (for the last 40 years).

12V LED bulb now burns bright and COOL!

24V...

Re: Lighting for speedometer and gas gauge

I am running 12V and I tried the 24V bulb you suggested some time ago. Total waste of time as that bulb barely made the filament even glow!

Instead, I replaced it with a 12V LED bulb...

Re: Reducing Fumes and Noise

Anybody know of a Fumaze type setup made for a Model B? As you may know, the Model B oil fill tube is much larger in diameter than the Model A.
