I was at a landscape equipment store yesterday, the owner said, do not leave gas in any equipment, lawnmower, leaf blower etc. for over a month. Should that be the same rule with The Model A, since...

That's not all it does Tom, there have been many issues with garden equipment too, if you use 87 or lower, they will void the warranty on my leaf blower.

When I wanted a new blade, my vendor told me to get the two blade. My radiator does not go above 160, so I guess it works just fine.

I was running a 6 volt pump on my 97 Stromberg, but took it off, car runs fine with out it.

I installed the 6-1 head 4 years ago, no issues, the rebuilder told me to use the head gasket brand called (Best) and use Permatex Hi tack.

That motor looks real good, if he said it was fine, why would it be a problem now . Just an idea, how about jacking up the car and spin the front wheels as fast as you can to see if there is any...

Inserts, 6-1 Head, Ross forged pistons,counterbalanced crankshaft,lightened flywheel, etc.

I don't remember, it was 4 years ago, I just did what the Mitchells recommended. The receipt says ratio #3.

I have the 3.54 rear with the Mitchell synchro tranny, was going to get the overdrive, but don't think its needed since I just cruise at 60mph.

I disconnected my pump, just another thing to worry about, if it breaks down, I still travel over 60mph with my 97 downdraft.
