The modern head gaskets for Hi-comp heads are becoming difficult to get also.

Four ring piston?

Just pulled my pistons, found these. Anyone have info on this? Assumed they would be normal three ring pistons. These are 080 over, where can I get rings for these?
And is this normal?

Used to play in them all the time as kid, but that was back in the 50s, then the cuban missile crisis hit and some of those pits were expanded and turned into bomb shelters, and those were really fun...

You need to tighten that up.
Get new clamps/bolts if needed, are you using a sleeve, is the tail pipe flange seating on the manifold correctly?
If it's loose...it's leaking

Have you taken the valve cover off? And do you in fact have adjustable lifters?
Model A's did not come with adjustable lifters from the factory.

Once you find the problem, don't correct it using crimp connectors...solder anything.

I would like to voltmeter to be a Beta tester on these new blocks/engines once production begins.
As I use my Model A as a "daily driver", logging 3-5K or more miles per year, and I am "not" an...
