Re: Data plate rivet holes don't line up

Re: Full advance from 28/29

Is the slot in the distributor the correct size? I seem to recall a Ford Service Bulletin that said some had been modified by owners or mechanics to have a larger opening. Though I would think that...

Re: Trunk floor pan

I thought they used the same floor, at least that is what I understand from the vendor catalogs. Part of the reason for the riser platform is to clear the spring.

I'm interested to hear what more...

Re: head light bucket - reflectors

If I may ask - what were the original reflectors made out of, the base material, not the reflective coating?

I took one of my headlights apart, and the reflector feels like it is plastic. In...

Re: Marco;s FRONT Spring Chart...

There are two spring charts in the service bulletins, but I don't think they answer your questions.

Re: Front and Rear Spring Restoration

The service bulletins clearly talk about proper spring lubrication when discussing the spring covers. Whether the springs were lubed during assembly is another question.

Re: GAV Question

No.

It adjusts the mixture, does not shutoff fuel.

Re: Value of a 1929 Model A Special Coupe driver

Re: Value of a 1929 Model A Special Coupe driver

Re: Date of manufacture question.

I've only seen lists that show engine numbers by month. Where can I find one that lists the day? Is there any info on where a particular engine, or batch, was shipped?
