30-31 gas tanks drop in from the top the 28-29 tanks install from underneath

If the dome light is over the rear seat it is a town sedan if the dome light is right behind the drivers seat it is a standard

The hood is the same for all 30-31 A's On the gas tank depends on how early it is oval speedo early round speedo mid to late 30 again on the wiper early 30 used an electric and mid changed to vacuum...

A 1931 just sold at auction up here in New York, this was an older restored one that was done correctly and still in great shape sold for $13,800

If you can not find one in the US try Grainger & Worrall in Britian (Telford, Shropshire) it is a very modern plant and they cast the majority of the racing blocks used in NASCAR.
