You might consider having the wheels powder coated, since it is more durable than paint and not much more than the cost of sand blasting.

Mine are ran through the cowl lights and the tail lights. I have not had any problems other than replacing flasher yearly. Got them from Brattons, THREE YEARS AGO.

yes, it is worth $4,000. You need to determine if it has a wide bed, top bows and windshield, because these can be costly.
