The motor has 8500 miles on it. 7200 when i got it. I got the timing fixed. The distributor was not grounding to the block. Cleaned the tie down bolt and holder and that fixed the problem. Found it...

What 5.0L ord engine do I have

What have I got? This came in my 55 F-100. I have no clue. It has an Edlelbrock 4bbl and manifold and dual exhaust. I'll enclose a picture
of the crate tag. Thank You again for your help.

TT differential to a T defferential

I am wondering if I can replace my TT differential with a regular T differential? I'm not hauling any load but would like more road speed. Any ideas?

I had the same problem and it drove me crazy. Turns out i had plugged fuel feeds to the idle jets. No high pressure air will blow it out unless you take the carb off and leaving the jets in but...

1957 ford dizzy works very well with edelbrock carbs. Use the diver side vacuum port on the front of the carb. I believe that is direct manifold vac below the butterflies. What a great improvement....

We machined out the center holes so the wheel fit flat against the hub. and viola. That did it. We opened them about 1/8". I still haven't figured what wheels I need. The pattern is 5x 108mm?
