Truck is pretty much a basket case. My dad bought it in 1988 , he died in 91and it sat in my moms backyard until 2007. Did the chassis and brakes in 07 and then sat again ( this time in a garage)...

Thank you all for the kind words. The oil filter is a military spec filter which I believe is full flow. I found a NOS filter for it. Turns out it is used on heavy duty fire and off road equipment....
