TMarsh, I had the same concern you’re having. I made a “sight glass” about 2 years ago. Now I always know exactly where the level is.

Finally got the tires on. The fronts rub “just a little.” It handles really well, but the speedometer reading seems to be off now. Suggestions?

Keep in mind, I’m certainly no professional.
I sand blasted it, did the “bodywork”.
A couple of coats of self edging primer.
6 heavy coats of black epoxy
2 fairly...

The nuts on the splash shield brackets should be tack welded to the bracket, at least they were on my ‘29 Tudor. Lots of fun getting all of those holes lined up when putting it back together.

I ordered tempered glass for the quarter windows and back glass from Bert’s for my ‘29 Tudor. They were shipped for a reasonable price. They were a perfect fit.

I installed the engine and transmission by myself using a Harbor Freight hoist and a couple of ratchet straps. Yes, it was fun
